We do not clean chandeliers.
We do not clean blinds.
We do not move heavy furniture and large items, except in cases where you order a cleaning crew.
We do not perform mattress or furniture upholstery cleaning, but we clean them with a vacuum.
We do not dust off plant leaves.
We do not clean the inside of exhaust hoods, only the external part.
We do not paint walls or roofs.
We can remove dirt and stains, but we do not engage in painting or wall and roof repairs.
We do not provide pest control services.
While we prioritize cleanliness, we do not specialize in pest control. We do not work with indoor plants.
We can clean around them but do not offer services for caring for indoor plants.
We do not clean footwear. We clean the floors but do not wash shoes or footwear. We do not perform plumbing services. We do not engage in plumbing repairs or maintenance.

How many cleaners will come to my place?
We always send two cleaners to your location, ensuring efficient service. The estimated time is calculated with two cleaners, guaranteeing a thorough and timely cleaning."
Booking:
We strive to optimize the process and take into account the room and bathroom count, and its overall condition. If we discover inaccurate sizing or below-average property condition, Bonafide Maids may contact you to request additional time for addressing the property's needs. If extra time is not approved, our staff will do their best within the initially allocated time, and you waive your satisfaction guarantee. Please note that all our cleaning services are time-limited, this there is a button to choose the level of dirtiness and based on this, we will contact you to clarify for a more smooth and efficient process. However, if we are unable to reach you during an ongoing service to report conditions or request extra time due to unforseen and not agreed circumstances, we will have to conclude the service at the maximum time originally allocated.
Cancellations:
For scheduled cleanings, Bonafide Maids will assess a $50 cancellation fee if a cleaning service is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning. In the case of same-day cancellations, lockouts, or rescheduling, or if we cannot gain access within 30 minutes of our arrival, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total service fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of cleaning in any of the serviced areas, and your home matches the provided description (size, quantity of rooms, etc.) and is in an average condition, please notify our office within 24 hours from the moment of the service. Bonafide Maids will arrange for a team to return and address any areas of concern.
Please be aware that Bonafide Maids does not guarantee the complete removal of mold, grime, soap scum, or pet odors. We are professionals and will make our best efforts to address these areas. We are also not responsible for the rejuvenation of caulking, grout, molding, or carpeting.
We do not offer refunds.

Bonafide Maids invests significantly in training through teaching and background screening.Our Team Safety:
We retain the right to withdraw our cleaners from your premises if the environment becomes unsafe, and our cancellation policy will be invoked. To ensure the health and safety of our cleaners, they won't be able to move objects weighing more than 30 lbs. If you require us to clean behind heavy furniture or appliances, please relocate them before our scheduled arrival to ensure access to the designated area.
In cases where the home presents health risks associated with viruses, mold, bacteria, or infestations, we maintain the right to remove our staff from the premises, and our cancellation policy will be enforced. This may occur if our staff enters a home and encounters an unwell individual or someone displaying symptoms of illness, making our staff uncomfortable. If any of this applies, please contact our office and let us know in advance.Furry friends:
We are more than happy to work around your furry pets. However, if your pet for some reason is aggressive and presents a threat to us( attacks, bites, etc) our cancellation policy will apply. Please take measures necessary to ensure a safe environment for your pet and our team.We do not clean pet feces, urine, odours around your property and cannot guarantee their removal, unless the pet tray option is chosen for 20$ and all the pet waste is compiled in the pet tray.
Accessability to your premesises:
We only return your key in person, to your concierge or where we were instructed to retrieve the key.Bonafide Maids is not liable or responsible for any damages or loss of property as a result of unauthorized entry. For this reason, Bonafide Maids cannot leave your property unlocked at the end of our service. Please ensure you make arrangements to enable us to leave your property locked and secured at the end of our service. Should you not be able to ensure the securing of your property, we waive all possible responsibility to Bonafide Maids and its staff from damages, theft or otherwise.If leaving your key with concierge, please ensure to leave under Bonafide Maids name. We can return them to concierge. Please ensure your building allows this as we are not liable for any loss or otherwise from the misuse of keys. If keys are not made available at time of scheduled cleaning and we cannot gain access within 30min of our arrival – we will resort to our cancellation policy and/ or you may be charged for waiting time.
Cauling and Grout:
Bonafide Maids is not accountable for the renewal of significantly deteriorated, discolored, or mildew/mold-affected caulking and grout.
Appliances:
Oven- hood fans, internal components are not includedFridges- Please ensure that all the products inside are removed in advance and put back afterwards by the owner after the fridge is cleaned. We will do our best to remove heavy greasez build up and stains, but we do not guarantee full removal. We do not move appliances, however, if you want us to clean behind and around, please arrange them in the position in advance of our arrival.Please be advised that cleaning inside the fridge and oven is only included in move in/move out package and for all other types, it is an additional charge.
We do not clean inside the washer, dryer or dishwashersDamages:
Bonafide Maids strive to be as careful as possible, however, in the event of an accidental damage, notify our office within 24 hours from the start of our cleaning.
We do not guarantee
reimbursement for any damages reported more than 24 hours from the start of our cleaning.
For our and your safety, we do a quick tour of your place and scan for any damages, heavy dents, etc, and note them down( if any) in our check list for you to sign. This waives our responsibility of these damages done in the past.
